She holds dual Master of Science degrees in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience and Marriage and Family Therapy, equipping her with a deep understanding of both the science behind human behavior and the art of meaningful connection.
With experience as a clinical research coordinator at UT Southwestern, Ingrid is passionate about integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help clients foster healthier emotional and interpersonal connections.
